I carry the FOB in a faraday bag hidden in the car, good thing I did, had to bring the car in unexpectedly to the dealer once and had to valet when I didn’t think i needed to.Agree, I've been using PAAK exclusively since I got the Mach E almost 3 years ago. In the early days, it would generally work after a few attempts but now it works solidly about 98% of the time, and when it doesn't work, you can use the backup password/door keycode to start it. Even when it wasn't reliable early on, I still didn't carry a fob because the convenience was worth the occasional hassle and the backup option is always available.
having access to the FOB does make things easier.
