You are getting 32,000 miles out of your tires. How is that “far longer” than anyone else? I’m not saying that you shouldn’t have your wheels balanced every 5000 miles. I’m saying that you shouldn’t be telling other people that they NEED to.
Here's some evidence for you. I replaced my tires on a GT Performance Edition (arguably much higher wear than a 1st Edition) at 27,488 and they still had a bit of tread left. I replaced them because I needed to go in the snow and summer tires weren't gonna cut it. I rotated the tires 2x in 30k and didn't balance them either time. The dealership did both rotations.
I found that I didn't need that, and I place my jack stands (and pucks) at the factory lift points. ?

Balance definitely will depend on how crappy your roads are and how crappy your driving is (hit a few curbs?).

It’s not easy to tell from the pics but the outside edge and inside edge of both front tires look like that.
That to me looks more like an alignment problem (camber/toe-in), or a "performance" driving style! If the alignment is on spec then it's either spec'd for better handling at the expense of front tire wear on outer edges or you do a lot of higher speed/hard cornering. Out-of-balance usually results in cupping but that looks even all the way round. I've had many cars in my 50 years of driving and have had front tires wear like that and I will I admit I am a more aggresive driver and tend to "push the car to it's limits, traction-wise" on cornering. This is my 6th Mustang , the last was a Shelby GT500 which I had for 11 years and she & I were tough on front tires with them often looking like that. The only cars I have now are the MME Premium and an '89 CRX race car. The CRX is definitely hard on tires!!Here is some more evidence on the other end of the spectrum.

My MME is a lot easier on the tires than my old ICE cars. The traction control is on a different level.
Definitely under-inflated but it still looks like the outboard side is getting worn more than the inboard side of the tire. ?It’s not easy to tell from the pics but the outside edge and inside edge of both front tires look like that.
My guess is it’s from a combination of 36 psi and all city driving. Alignment probably fine.
