In my experience, this means your 12v didn’t have enough charge. Drive it for something like 30 minutes. I believe 12v doesn’t charge unless the HV is charging or you are driving it.
Since then I have gone for a couple hour long drives and the update screen has not changed from - Not Completed.

If memory serves me, your fix may be a new 12v battery. Check with your dealer if under warranty - if not, there was a good thread Mach-E Lee did on the 12v battery.

My FE is in the shop getting the HV battery recall work done finally. I asked them to make sure all the software updates get done. I'll report back if anything happens. Haven't had anything since June. Yes, I'm in EA.
My wife and I both have FE's. Ford hounding us to get them in for the 24B42- CSP: Powertrain Control Module – Coordinated Software Update. Any update on if you got 10.1.1 (or whatever it's being called for the 2021 Job 1's) from the dealer? Would love to have the Google Maps connect working.

No word yet on anyone getting 10.1.0 or 10.1.1 on the 2021 MY. I feel there is a pause on OTA updates on all models. No one really getting anything new lately. Either they are busy programming new updates or they are considering a new way to deliver updates as my dealer tech has suggested to me during my last visit.

Either they are busy programming new updates or they are considering a new way to deliver updates as my dealer tech has suggested to me during my last visit.
Truthfully, very little of importance will happen from post Thanksgiving until the first business day of 2025.

I THINK THEY ARE ASKING IF THEY CAN..... ahem.... I think they are asking if they can pay a dealer to update their car with FDRS instead of waiting for OTAs. I think this is a thing? If you find the right dealer?

That is exactly what I'm asking. A local dealer technician has told me it can be done. $149.95 an hour rate. Probably would take a couple hours. However, he wasn't sure how to tell what version of bluecruise would be the end result. That's my only hold up at this point.

Would anyone else know how to check on that?

Minutes ago mine just installed 10.1.1

Got 10.1.1 yesterday. I later noticed my clock was not set which prevented car from charging as scheduled. Was it the update this update that reset my clock? Over the last 10 months I have had to set my clock back to auto 4-5 times and that is annoying.
