I bought a 23 MME GT-PE on November 4. Since the day I purchased it when I go to connected services on the app, or computer the page starts to load and then errors out (see attached). Because of this I cannot setup plug and charge, use YouTube while charging, or even view the blue OVAL charge network. I've called ford multiple times, it's been escalated to a supervisor (@Ford Motor Company ) and still no resolution. Anyone know how I can fix this?
