In the UK, green sticker is required to drive into major metro cities.
Otherwise you are forbidden unless you pay a fee.

Last time I was in the UK, I rented a diesel MBZ A class and drove it from London Heathrow thru city centre and onto our accommodations and it had a green circle sticker on the windscreen.

The EV version seems to embrace the license plate instead of a green sticker on the windshield.
FYI, It’s not actually the green sticker which is the enabler, it’s the car’s emissions rating recorded on the vehicle file at DVLA (Driver & Vehicle Licensing Authority) which the ANPR (Auto Number Plate Recognition) cameras read as you pass and check against DVLA record for the car.

I think we may have to find an actual Briton (UK-ian?) to solve the mystery of the flag ?

The field of blue with the white diagonal cross (known as a saltire) is the St. Andrews flag, the official national flag of Scotland. (There's another flag as well, but it's kind of a long story). But I found another picture of the car with the flag a -little- easier to see, and it appears that the green bit is a thistle, and the red doesn't quite look like the dragon from the Welsh flag. My best guess is that this might be a family crest flag for a family of nobility in Scotland.

The Union Jack is not super popular in Scotland.

Thanks. I was speculating that it was a flag of some nobility, but was hoping to find out more. I looked up the flags of all the direct members of the royal family and, surprisingly to me, they all have a lot of yellow in them.
Maybe someone in MI5 can run the number plate for us ?

The thistle is the national flower of Scotland and is what is depicted by the red & green portion of the flag.

And on a Select trim no less. Guess they needed to save some for the conversion.
Limo conversions more often than not start with base trim levels. They're almost certainly replacing all the seating and other surfaces inside. Would love to see the inside, but looking at the exterior, it seems to be well done.

I can't find any photos of the limo interior online, but the hearse uses the stock interior. Even the rear doors are stock, except that they clearly re-skin them to turn them into rectangles, getting rid of the wheel well clearance since the wheels are moved back. But the window frames still dip down in the rear, which kind of makes the hearse wonky-looking. That's typical of modern hearses, though.

The filename of this photo, taken from their website, calls it the "limousine middle seat." But it's clearly the hearse because of the windows. The limo's middle doors (and they are doors - it becomes a 6-door vehicle) are custom made and totally rectangular, top and bottom.

Do we know whose flag it is then? It has a Scottish cross and a thistle. Maybe a Scottish monarch or noble person?

Shouldn’t the driver have pulled in nose-first so that they could load parcels directly into the frunk (I think it’s called a “fruit” over there?)
?
Froot, even?

Front boot?

Thanks John. After doing some digging, I think the blue cross may be the Scottish national flag ???????? The red blob may be the welsh dragon ????????
Or perhaps the English flag? Or it just could be one of the various flags used by the monarchy? (I think the Queen had a personal flag and, if so, I’m sure the King does)v
Flag which flies when Monarch is in residence is the Royal Standard.

It was parked in front of the 'Governors House' up inside the castle. It has 2 flags on the bumper, the Scottish flag (white and blue) and a separate flag that appears to have a red thistle on it, but I can't be sure.
The flag is thistle flag. Thistles are a thing in Scottish history. The other flag is the flag of Scotland — St Andrew’s Cross. Looks like a white x on a blue background. The “dragon” is the Rampant Lion emblem or flag. All have historical or mythological significance.

The house could have been St Andrew’s House which is where the offices of the First Minister (Currently John Swinney, the head of Scotland’s government) and deputy first minister are located.

The engineering and fabrication costs on that have to be insane.

They would have to use a standard range pack because the extended pack has the hump that would have to stick through the floor. That’s probably why it’s a Select.
