I’m stuck on 6.14 since spring. My battery is new and I have access to my home wi-fi. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I see that you are in Michigan. Are you close to or willing to travel to the West Michigan area? If you are I have a Mongoose cable, power supply and laptop that could be used to update your car with FDRS. I've fully updated my car 3 times without incident.

Popular opinion on MY 2021 is that Ford has abandoned OTA updates. It's hard to not believe this since Ford as usual is not really saying anything about this other than OTA updates (whatever they are) will come "soon".

One thing I found that even if your Mach-E is up to date on all OTA updates, there are still many updates that are waiting to be installed via FDRS and unless you run them via FDRS you will never get them... that was the case with our FE until I finally got around to doing them all via FDRS.

2021 updates are on hold atm. There is no indication as to when they might resume. The next update after 6.14 is 7.0 which brought BlueCruise 1.3 to 2022s and 2023s.

You now know as much as we do.

I also have 6.14 since May.
The car is running fine and is comfortable and reliable and is constantly getting me where I need to go. I have no complaints. If I don’t know what I’m missing, I’m fine with that.
