Stuck on update since Nov 12th

My 2023 is stuck on update 6.1.0. I have no bluecruise, lane centering, and my app is stuck on November 12th, when this all started.
I called the update division at Ford corporate and they said my vin# shows update 6.1.0 as completed even though my display shows 6.1.0 as "not completed".
Any ideas?

There seems to be a bug with the screen showing "Not Completed" for OTAs that did actually complete. If they looked up your VIN and said it completed, then it did.

You may need to try a 12V reset to fix those other issues. Remove negative battery terminal for 10 min. Make sure lane centering button is pressed on the steering wheel.
