Weird. I tried it but it says the VIN & order combo is not correct. I reviewed all my paperwork & they are correct.

I think in some cases it might not work, but also make sure you're using the order number from the window sticker. The tracker has instructions on where to find the order number you should use. Not having a ford.com order, I'm not sure if it's different

Thanks, I went back to VIN# checker which always worked to verify. It says the VIN # can't be accessed now.
It worked yesterday.

Where is "order #" on window sticker? Is it "special order #" on bottom/middle or CUA # on top/left corner of sheet?

Ford is saying 19 more days. I am hoping for a week less. Other cars shipped to SE Florida have been arriving 15-18 days once they arrive at the Voltz yard....

Wish there was a way to track further than Voltz!!!

I have forced myself to only check the web sites twice per day. ?

Where is "order #" on window sticker? Is it "special order #" on bottom/middle or CUA # on top/left corner of sheet?

On the reservation details viewer page, from "What's an order number?"....
This is a four or five character long string that represents the Mach-E order placed at the factory. Put in your VIN and a Window Sticker button will show up. Click on it and if a valid sticker shows up, look for the "ITEM #" field. Find the string: AA-BBBB O/T 1. Take the numbers in the "B" section and enter it as the order number.

Joe, Thanks! My VIN# didn't work but I did find the "different" order number on the window sticker I had saved because of you.
With those 2 together, it says that the eta is a week sooner than other estimate. (7April)
Only time will tell.

No problem. My ETA estimate from the "new" tracker is a week *later* than my previous ETA date on the old tracker (which is still working for me) so I'm not sure what's going on

I have a couple of other issues I need to take care of with the dealer so I am going by there today and will try to get some more information

So I just got back from my dealer. Their estimate matches what I am getting from the "new" tracking page, so that seems to be accurate...at least from what Ford thinks (of course it is an estimate itself anyway)

My dealer texted me today to say they could send me a copy of the window sticker.

I have had that since Feb 5th!

But they also told me the car is in Kentucky and is expected here the 1st week of April.

Still hoping for one week earlier based on three other cars getting here a bit sooner than the estimated arrival date.

Less than 1000 miles to go!!!
