... because there are relatively few 21's and the pace is unexplainably slow...
I agree about the slow pace, but Ford has always been that way. I don't think the 2021 model year production numbers affects anything. Several 2021 Mach E's have reported getting it (most seem to be in EAP). My 2021 F150 also in EAP got it today.

So I guess the rest of us will get it about 2028?

If I was a betting man I would say you get it by 7/3 - about a week/two weeks after EAP and before a holiday weekend. You all will be pre-conditioning with CP on your holiday travels.

I am in EAP and have a 2025 and it's been quiet with updates for a couple months. Don't see it happening for everyone by next week.

No and yes, in that order. Ford has not always been this slow. My 21 is in EA and has never lagged behind the first wave of EA cars by more than 2 calendar weeks. The last update, the ECG update, was 2 months behind the first wave. This sync update? Maybe Christmas.

As for numbers, I pretty much agree with you.

Perhaps, but i very seriously doubt it. See above.

Well then that makes my current count at 2 cars with the phone list on every boot and one without.
My '26 does that. Also annoying, when you tap the Apple CarPlay button down below above the HVAC controls, it goes to phone number rather than the Apple CarPlay apps screen. That's dumb...nobody makes phone calls these days.

You press the CarPlay icon on the top left where the car menus are to get back to where your last place in CarPlay was. The one above the HVAC controls is a shortcut to get to the phone quicker.

I thought 2025s already had the apple integration? Maybe that is 2026?

The issue is both that they are slow... and that they are uneven. For example ECG update? not here. not in queue. Why? Do you have to be in EA for your car to get software updates. It seems so. I've applied over the years... crickets.

No you don’t, but things are slow. Very slow. It’s been that way for a long time now. Sync update July 4? Please.
