SYNC SW Issues (Camera Alignment Issue and No Drive Modes)

Hi All,

I have a 2022 California Route 1 and last update was up to Ford Power-Up 6.1.0. I started getting SYNC SW issues with my Mach-E the last day. I have two main issues: 1) When I select the front camera or put the car in reverse, it looks like the camera photos are shifted up that there is a big bar below and the 360 view is shifted up also. 2) When I try to go to drive modes, the sound settings page shows up instead of the drive mode pages. I have photos below for the issue. I've done several hard restarts (at least 10) and one factory reset. The issue is still there after all the restarts/resets. Has anyone seen this issue or know how to resolve it? Thanks!

Have you done the two finger salut reboot? Typical to need after updates.

Is that holding volume down and next item for 10 seconds? I

Is that holding volume down and next item for 10 seconds? I
Yes.

If that doesn't fix it, you can try disconnecting the 12V battery negative connection and leave it for 10 minutes and then reconnect. That will reset all your modules (but they'll still be programmed).

Something might have got configured wrong. What does your SYNC version say?

It says version: 23031_PRODUCT Revision 713.
I did do a factory reset. Would that reset the car back to the originally installed software?

No, a reset is like rebooting a computer. It doesn’t rollback the software.
