Taking Mach-E in for service.

I am taking my build 1, (May 2021) Mach-e select AWD in for its first service. I bought the car in July 2021 and it now has 38K miles on it. I have never had any real problems with it so didn't feel the need to have it looked at. 3 years charging on travel charger and the last year on a chargepoint, (charged on DCFS 10-15 times). I am getting new tires, ( 225/60R-18 Pirelli P Zero AS Plus 3 ) and a new LVB just because. Is there anything else I should ask them to look at while the car is there?

I can vouch for the new HEPA cabin air filter - you should be doing that every year. The new one is a big improvement blocking outside smells.

Ask for it specifically - part #FPP89

I watched the same video and broke one of the two tabs, be careful, dont do it on a cold day.

I just stopped by my local Ford dealer and they tell me that the air filter FPP89 has been replaced by filter number FP 100 A.

Wrong. FP100A is a basic filter. FPP89 is a carbon filter, filters odors. Look them up.

I'm sure they will, but I'd have them check your current 12v health first - I just took my '21 Job 1 in (original 12v) with the idea it was time to swap to a new one and after running the test they advised against it (and Lord knows there's nothing in it for them to not want to tell me to pay them $500-$600 to buy/install a new battery)! They even left the little print-out slip in the car showing the details on the test/recharge etc.

Thanks for the tip, I was under the impression that I should just replace a 4 year-old battery because it is old. I will ask them to check the current 1. I think they said $300 for the replacement battery but not sure if that included labor.
