The only EA I have been to so far is at a Loves Truck Stop. At least I’m able to get my Arby’s Roast Beef fix while there! Lol

How does one charge and drive at the same time

My point is watching video on any car's front screen is illegal unless the car is in park, so when charging it would be legal. That's about the only time a feature like this would be potentially useful, IMO.

Mach-e has a lot of catching up to do. Can't wait for some Mach-e updates. Hope they add Disney+ or Netflix

The update are pretty meh, either not applicable to most or I thought they should already be standard features. Don’t get me wrong I am sure they are mind blasting to the Tesla type but really not a big deal. I hope Ford prioritizes other features and allocates investment in other areas.

IMHO - the tribalism of these message boards is just… the worst. Mach E doesn’t have a feature? Well that’s a stupid feature! Not needed! Oughta be illegal!

I think having more features and functionality are good things. I’d like the MME to have more, even if I don’t use them. Now to be fair, I am gonna make fun of tic tac toe, but that’s like shooting fish in a barrel. I can’t help it.

Tesla is way ahead on the software side. They oughta be, given their head start. The solution is not to make excuses, but to encourage Ford to catch up.

I just want to see some customizations for the dash screen. Like what's currently playing or maybe a power/regen meter. Literally anything.

I'd much rather have things like stable PaaK, programmable security PIN to start vehicle, adjustable duration for puddle lights (and turn them on with vehicle exit), persistent "L" gear selection, better access to car camera display, heads-up speed display, Blue Cruise release, better intelligent cruise features, and other drivability enhancements than something I will never ever use like Disney+. YMMV.

No tribalism here. We acknowledge those features are important for Tesla buyers, good for them. But like Land Rover, Toyota, Mazda, Subaru buyers we don’t like the car because of the infotainment system. We buy the Mach E cause of its range and other features….and great value!

If those features are deal breakers for you then get a Tesla. I love the selection we are starting to get for EVs we can finally choose!

…and come on, some of the features they just added have been around for ages. Vehicle as hot spot and auto dimming mirrors…been around for years on ICE vehicles.

Really, it’s a big meh. And I hope Tesla rights their ship, we used to be amazed with their advancements and they pushed competition to act but for the last two years they have failed to impress. I am eagerly waiting their new battery tech though!

The infotainment can barely handle basic menu navigation without lagging, forget about netflix. I personally wish ford spent more time fixing bugs and making UI faster. It feels like browsing internet on 20 years old laptop.
