It worked on my 25 F150. There's still a chime at startup but not while vehicle is moving, the same behavior as my 23 MME.
I went through the procedure several times without any success.

Since nobody seems to have answered your actual question yet: As E90alex mentioned:

YES you can disable the seatbelt startup chimes. It is very easy with FORScan.

See this post: https://www.macheforum.com/site/threads/forscan-mme-spreadsheet.24701/post-679689
This is the only way. I did it on my '23 and It was easily the best modification I've done, I always wear my seatbelt, but I always start the car before I put it on and I was really sick of hearing that sound.

Now it's just peaceful quiet when I start it up.

Yesterday afternoon I got in my car and pressed start before I fastened my seatbelt and just leaned back and enjoyed the wonderful sounds the car made. The smile on my face was from knowing this would really bug some people. :)

Hey, maybe you could find that ringtone for your phone and play it over and over and over......

Actually it won't bug us because we ensure our cars look/behave/sound the way we want :) you have fun with that though.

You know that musical tune that plays EVERY time we turn the car on — the one that goes dugga dunk, dugga dunk, dugga dunk? For the love of God, is there any way to disable it?

I've looked in the so-called manual, but there is no category for this sort of thing, and searching by key word is a frustrating guessing game as to what they chose to call something.
I'm thinkin' the answer must be to drown it out with a Borla Active Exhaust system :)
