The rest of the journey: Once it's at the Port of Long Beach I should be able to track it via Vin to Hilo on the shipping company. After that, there's a local trucking company that will haul the car the last 3.5 miles (if you use a short measuring stick) to the dealer. That will occur with 3 days of it being offloaded in Hilo as there are significant storage fees after 3 days.
And of course, there's a massive black hole while it traverses the Pacific Ocean on a cargo ship for what I imagine will be the better part of a month?

Thanks, I looked too far back in this thread.

So I called and they confirmed my ETA is now April 18-24!!!!!!!:mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:
There nothing else they could tell me.

I have a call in with my dealer and will call again in a little while if he doesn't call back.

My car was transferred to the Birmingham ramp ahead of a lot of you that already have your cars. WHAT IS GOING ON?!?!?!?!?!
Wow! What is going on, indeed!! Perhaps yours was held back for the quality checks that happened a few weeks ago (late feb early march)?

That's got to be it. I can't see why else it would be so behind. That means mine somehow met up with yours, and then passed it by getting on the train east when yours did not. Let's get some visibility, Ford.
I'm really sorry to hear about that :( :(

Dear Master of the Sock,
I would get your MMe today. After all, by the time you finished your checklist, there would be no precipitation and the road would be dry and clear.

That is the weird thing. Mine was on the stop ship well before it updated in palsapp that it was delivered to the Birmingham March 7th, 1 day before yours. Mine shipped from Mexico Feb 10th. So almost a full month from ship day until it was dropped off at Birmingham ramp. I figured the QC check happened prior since it took so long to update.

That's true, I do have a pretty extensive checklist courtesy of ChasingCoral's checklist thread, but... I'd much prefer to test-drive in the dry, so I can listen for things like the windnoise issue.

When the time of reckoning has come, you shall be rewarded with one clean and fresh sock for your allegiance and for offering your helpful advice to the Sock Meister Master.

I'm really bummed for you. But I also really don't think it'll arrive April 24th (what the heck) -- at absolute most, it's a 2-week trip away.

So, I just stopped by my dealer, and I have no idea if this might be applying to @Plutoman15 too, but they said they did ran a "track" on mine, and it came up as in "Quality Inspection." I certainly hope that doesn't mean being shipped back, cause I don't know where something like that would be done between MO and my dealer.

Just spoke with my dealer. He said my car arrived in Wilmington, DE March 19th (VVR). No idea why the ETA has changed to April. He is going to speak with his Ford rep and try to find out why it is just sitting in Wilmington.

Good to at least confirm it did make the trip to Wilmington, unless it gets shipped back to KC for some reason like some early cars did.

So I have not heard back from my dealer. Not sure what to think yet but the forum tracker has changed to an ETA of 4-24-21 instead of 3-29-21. The official Ford tracker still says 3-29-21 and the reservation page still says ETA week of March 22-28. Thoughts?
I'm in the same boat. It must be a boat because it ain't moving like a train. The Ford tracker changed from this wk and now says delivery 4/19. Build date 1/18 and this is getting old fast.

I have seen my VVR. So mine said shipped from the plant on Feb 10th but didn't load and move until Feb 11th (not bad). The next update is March 11 when it was loaded in KC and tons of data points on it way to Wilmington of which it arrived March 19th. palsapp updated on March 7th, so it took a few days to actually load and move on the next train. rail car was ttgx920048. Not sure if that was @sockmeister rail car or not but had to be close.

So it sits in Wilmington for now for some reason. If I could drive and go get it I would. 2.5 hours.

This morning the Ford tracking page showed an ETA of 3/28 and it had 4 days to go at the top. Now, just like you, Plutoman15, it shows this new info.
Ford Mustang Mach-E The Build Week 1/24/2021 Club New Delivery ETA.JPG

On my order page it still has this:
Ford Mustang Mach-E The Build Week 1/24/2021 Club 3-24 Order Status.JPG

I guess I'll be emailing my salesman later to see what he says when he gets it in the morning.

Mine just went to April 24th from March 21, but I think It's just a bogus +1 month.

My dealer told me my car was in northern Arizona still headed to Phoenix though. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
