Touchscreen unresponsive

My 2021 Premium AWD extended range Mach e had a problem last February with the touchscreen not responding, unable to turn off radio, screen stayed on even when car was turned off and door opened. I was out of town and returned on a weekend, so it sat parked with the screen and radio on for two days. By Monday the accessory battery had run down and I had it towed to the dealership. They recharged the battery, checked for software updates, etc., could not find anything wrong. Now it just happened again, though this time it recovered normal function after I left the car parked for a short while and returned. I also had a recent episode of screen going dark while driving, then rebooting within a few minutes. Anyone having similar problems?

I've had the screen restart while driving issue several times, too. It didn't do that back when the car was new so it might be a software bug, unsure.

I haven't had the original issue you described though.
