Don’t know what I am doing wrong. Used the email link to reserve the NACS adapter and it just sends me into a loop. I click on “getting a fast charge adapter”, then “reserve your FCA”, which then has me log into my Ford account, then I select the Mach-e (I have 2 Fords), it then sends me to “connected services” which has nothing to do with the adapter. Going to “my account” does bring up a link to “reserve a charging adapter”. Going there I have to reselect the Mach-e which then sends me to “connected services”. The loop starts again.
A call to Ford and talking to 2 customer support personnel got me nowhere except a support ticket tracking number and no fix to date.
