Trouble ordering fast charge adapter

Don’t know what I am doing wrong. Used the email link to reserve the NACS adapter and it just sends me into a loop. I click on “getting a fast charge adapter”, then “reserve your FCA”, which then has me log into my Ford account, then I select the Mach-e (I have 2 Fords), it then sends me to “connected services” which has nothing to do with the adapter. Going to “my account” does bring up a link to “reserve a charging adapter”. Going there I have to reselect the Mach-e which then sends me to “connected services”. The loop starts again.
A call to Ford and talking to 2 customer support personnel got me nowhere except a support ticket tracking number and no fix to date.

The ordering link is in Connected Services.

Log into Ford.com. Pick vehicle. Go to Connected Services and look for link to adapter.

Having similar issue. I see the same when attempting to order. I bought used, it appears the previous owner ordered one even though he hadn't owned the vehicle for months when ordering started. Going through CS, gave them all the info to show I owned the vehicle. Been crickets for a few weeks, even with calls asking for updates and the reply is you'll hear back within a day or two. Using the link from this site with my VIN still shows the original (fraudulent) order. If it ever gets resolved, I fear I'll be at the back of the line.

It should be right at the top — you may need to sit on that page for a minute or two and let it fully load before the box pops up out of nowhere (I had to, at least).

It should be right at the top — you may need to sit on that page for a minute or two and let it fully load before the box pops up out of nowhere (I had to, at least).
12 minutes later still not there.

Hello,

I had the same problem, been trying for the past 2 weeks to order but to no avail. Today it finally worked. I purchased the car on 3/23 and I would click on the link and it would bring you to Connected Services with no link for the adapter.

I had everything activated with PAAK and was able to use Ford Pass. The only thing different is that I linked my Lease account to my Ford account yesterday. I tried the link this morning and it finally was there. I went ahead and ordered it and got an order number with estimated delivery of Sept. Like other members here said, just keep trying. Hopefully you will get it soon.

Sounds like already has been ordered (by you or someone else). Is you car used?

Try ordering from the ford pass app in connected services, that is where I ordered mine.

Sounds like that. I am the original owner, ordered in Oct 21, delivered 1 year later.

Decided to call support again this morning and checked one more time on the Ford app and the reservation link magically appeared. I guess the trouble ticket submitted several days ago fixed it.

Yup, same here. The dreaded loop. After a bunch of calls to Ford I've been told I'm on the reserved list, but haven't received any email confirmation. Thinking of just springing for the A2Z adapter. People happy with that?

Very. And tremendous support for the handful that have had issues (I believe 100% of those are customer-related, not adapter-related).

We used ours in Canada, NY State, and VT about a month ago, close to 10 times. Flawless.

Oh very happy - past month of perfect charges at least 8 different Tesla Superchargers using A2Z.

Parking without occupying 2 spaces has been the challenge.

Found handicap spaces are the best for Tesla SC to occupy only one spot....
