Turn Off Car Alarm

I most always use my phone PAAK to Unlock & Start my Mach-E. I know how to silence the Car Alarm if I have the key with me but how do I turn silence the alarm if all I have is my phone? Also if I don’t have my Phone or Key with me - can I silence the alarm with the touch panel on the door pillar By entering the code?
