Yes, many people have had that issue, it was an issue with a version of FordPass at the time, which they then fixed with an update. Try stopping the app, deleting cache, and try it again. If that doesn't work, delete cache, delete app, reboot phone, reload app.

This does not fix the problem and will then require you to add another phone as a key after you reinstall the Ford app. This works:
