Unbridled Graphic Change???

noticed when driving this am that there is like a storm cloud formation on top of the orange Unbridled graphic that gets larger the slower you drive. Is this new or have I just been oblivious to this graphic. Unsure if related but I’ve noticed twice in the last few weeks the car has put itself in “Engage” mode without my intervention. But that is not really a new issue over the 3+ years of ownership. Usually role in Unbridled mode.

I don't know if the graphic thing is recent either as I don't often drive in Unbridle - but I honestly just noticed the same thing the other day. I just can't say for sure if that patterned background was there before or not.

And I have DEFINITELY had mine switch to Engage on its own. Many times. It has done it from both whisper and unbridle. I've tried to test a couple scenarios to see if it's something I can identify, but no luck (things like am I shifting into R/D very quickly after turning the car on or something). Don't think I could pinpoint it happening after a specific update either. That's been happening for weeks, maybe months, but it's just not constant. Maybe 1/5 or 1/8 times I start the car.

It has been there all along. If you check the main "tablet" you'll see the same pattern on most apps. If you switch to another mode, you'll see the pattern change to match the mode.

I have seen this element of the animation for some time. Mostly it's noticable at night because of its subtlety.

It (the diamonds) used to be more noticable when the speedometer was centered and the animation filled the whole screen.

The random drive mode changes have existed for a very long time. Heck, I've had the drive mode switch on me in Feb 2023, a week into ownership.
