Recieved errors for month car couldnt update reschedule etc. Tried forcing it, and all the other tricks. Had a appt asked dealer says no problem. Did get update to move to differant place on screen. Just wondering if not completed means not completed? Here are screen shots from dealer car screen and ford app.

I have the same thing, not updated, but I never have seen an alert that says it’s not updated. Weird.

Brining to dealer on Monday to look at that and the yo-yo charging issue.

I have the same thing, not updated, but I never have seen an alert that says it’s not updated. Weird.

Brining to dealer on Monday to look at that and the yo-yo charging issue.
This update won't go through foe me either. I keep getting the message "we tried to update but didn't work...we will try again at your next scheduled update". It hasn't affected my car so I haven't bothered to try to fix it.

I don’t get any messages, only the one in the update section of Sync. Never a warning or that it tried and failed,

Went back in my FordPass App and it looks like the last time it tried the update was 6/26. ?

Mine doesn’t say that, nothing, nada. If I didn’t go into sync in the update area I wouldn’t even have known it tried

The odd part is dealer says no update waiting and unable to reproduce the problem. Yet ford app has failure message and said they looked on screen and didnt see an update failing. I thought update not complete would be the same as failing on car screen.

Ps. Said rotated tires "no charge" for all the issues i had. They missed i curbed a tire (crying and was stupid) but that tire seems to be in same place as before.

I haven't been able to do this update for a month plus either, although it did manage to do the PAAK update in the middle of this period. My service guy says that there's nothing that they can do their end and I need to contact Ford. I've reached out to Ford via the contact on this forum, so I'll see what happens next.

BTW, every time I put the car in Park, I get the message that the update is scheduled to update at 1 am, so I typically see this several times per day, which is getting annoying...

I see it's failing on low 12V battery. Drive or charge the vehicle for 6 continuous hours before immediately applying the update. Make sure you manually turn the headlight switch off before applying the update.

I have tried to update after a long charge without success, but the headlight switch is new to me. I'm sitting at 64% charge right now, so I'll run that down a bit more so I can do a longer charge and give this a try. Thank you!
I also forgot to mention setting the parking brake too, that's required for this one as well.

That message in FordPass about "partial response received" is not related to your software updates. It's just a server bug, many on here experience that, though mine seems to have stopped doing it as of recently, good ol Ford servers.
