I’ve trawled the forum for similar issues, and while I’ve found plenty advice to get an OTA started through 12v charging etc, I’ve not found anything where an OTA has not completed [Edit] when the 12v is sufficiently charged?

I have been given advice to just wait it out, which I am fine doing since nothing appears to be wrong (aside from being unable to set pre-conditioning via the app), but I am curious to hear from anyone else who’s had an update fail and leave you with the following on the display… been stuck on this for a couple of weeks.

TIA

Thanks. I obviously didn’t make myself clear. I’ve covered almost all the threads where the low 12v is the issue. I’m looking to find anyone who has had this WITHOUT it being a v12 issue and if it was resolved without doing anything.
How do you know if your 12v is 80% or higher?

Yes. It would be rather dumb of me to find a solution if I hadn’t already troubleshot everything.

Clearly you are new to forums... ?

Nothing you can do until Ford presents another attempt.

OK that what I’ve been told elsewhere. Thanks for your help. And yes a noob as they say, but been driving Mach-e since 2021. On my 2nd.

I am on the same boat as you but with 6.3.0. It has been sitting at "Not Completed" since early December 2023. It is not a low 12v battery because it is almost always above 85% when checking on the Ford account website. It just sits forever and seemingly nothing can be done about it unless you are willing to update it yourself in FDRS. It sucks.

Thanks for this. Good to know I am not alone. I would delete this thread now, as it’s redundant now, but I don’t think that is an option?

Meh, maybe it will be easier for others to find in search when they have the same question :p
