All of a sudden, when moving between NAV and music or phone, there is no more screen touch tone. All of the other tones on the screen work, just not in CarPlay. iphone is fine, the settings for touch tones in the car is on and yes, I turned it off and on again. Anyone else have this issue?

Did you reboot sync? Turning the car off and on does NOT reboot sync.

Increase the volume on your iPhone. Also verify the mute button on the phone isn’t engaged.

I have tried to not use Apple CarPlay for phone calls and notice that I get a ton of static and lose the bluetooth fidelity of the call. This does NOT happen when ON CarPlay. Is that a known issue or do I just need to go back to CarPlay?? :(☹??
