Using Google Maps to see EV charging stations

So I see that Ford recently really draw that line in the sand.

It was recently published that all Mach-e and F-150 could now see EV charging stations to help create routes under Good Maps

(catching up to Apple Maps)

But as I am, like many, an iPhone user, I can’t benefit from Good Maps yet.

wonder when they will support Apple devices soon. I like having options ?

It is available in apple maps in apple car play, right?

It would be hard to say if the issue is only time, or apple prevents it, or Google. Either apple or Google could decide not to implement. Ford has already done their bit...

(Except shipping to 2021 mache's!)

I am looking forward to ABRP on aa having direct access to battery info without the dongle. So far it seems more precise than Google's predictions, and certainly offers more control)

I got one of these CarPlay screens on TikTok that work with older cars that don’t have the ability for CarPlay and I was messing around with Waze cause I use that a lot and I noticed it now has an option in there to find EV charging stations. I don’t think I ever saw that before?
