I did a search and read most on Mach-Lee’s posts about cold weather preconditioning testing. This may have been answered and I missed it.
If I have a precondition set every day say at 8am and plugged in and set at 7.6Kw, charged at/to 90%, and don’t use the car after preconditioned does this have a detrimental effect on the Mach-E? IE LVB, HVB, anything or everything else. Obviously, this is year-round but especially during the cold New England weather (32°F and lower). Should I stop doing this or just go with it?

Short answer, no negative effects.
Also, I plug in during winter so the system keeps the battery above freezing, even if I don't set a departure time or need to charge the HVB.

Setting a departure time that you aren't using is simply wasting energy. There is no benefit to warming the battery to 59 degrees at 8AM, and then letting it cool until tomorrow at 8AM. Being plugged in, if the car needs to warm the battery (in short hits), it does so.
