2023 Mustang Mach E GT
I purchased a 2023 Mustang Mach E with 14k miles. I received the Stop Safely Now message yesterday and the car would not go out of park. 12volt was completely dead. It was towed to a local Ford dealer (not the one I purchased from due to distance). The current service department only has one EV tech. I was told it could take up to two weeks before they can even diagnose. I asked for a loaner. But, a Ford rep (not from the dealer) said I am not eligible for a loaner until they diagnose my car. Has anyone dealt with this before? Did you have success getting a loaner.

Yes, nearly everyone has dealt with this before. Sounds like a failed HVBJB (High Voltage Battery Junction Box), not uncommon. They should be able to see the codes in FDRS NOW, without waiting, and see if that code is there and order the part. The BEV (Battery Electric Vehicle) Group can help you push the dealership to do that, and then if they see the code, perhaps get you a loaner.

Thanks for the suggestions. I have contacted the BEV team. I will try again.
