they missed the interior package I selected on my order, but it seems the Ford accessories price for mats and cargo cover is higher than the $240 add on price with the car. $390 vs $240!
My dealer claimed they couldn't add the Interior Protection Package to my FE order. I tried to get them to do it twice, but realized they had no clue what they were doing, so didn't want to mess my order up. I've given them all of the info (showing that the prices on Ford Accessories are much more, and that I will only be paying $240 for all of it). Guess we'll see what happens.

Mine was the same way. When they balked at amending the order, I did not push it as I really didn’t want them messing up the order. For some dealers this is very new process and they’re uncomfortable with it for numerous reasons. I’ll be getting the Matt’s in the same manner you are.

For anyone ordering the Ford mats, this was the cheapest I could find. Their pricing is lower than MSRP and then they take another 5% off for spending over $250. My total was $310.17 including $17.85 in shipping. Still more than the $240 it would have been if they were included in my MME order, but it's closer.

Found the floor liner, but the cargo mat seems to not be available?

Hmm. Yeah, now it's saying the cargo mat is discontinued. I was able to order it yesterday. Maybe they're changing the part number or it's backordered? Maybe shoot them an email and ask. If it's just backordered, I would think they could still order it.

They should sell these as a bundle, just like the all weather package.

Maybe they've decided to, and that's why the cargo mat part number now says discontinued. The floor mat description does say 4-piece even though the pics only show 3 pieces.

Did not realize this was even a thing until I noticed this thread. Called and asked my order be amended.

I’ve been holding out on floor mats waiting for WeatherTech, Made in USA. I like that these mats say Mach E, however. Since it does not indicate where they were made, I asked my dealer. The sales manager said he was unable to find information on where these are manufactured. Has anyone else been able to come up with this information?

A few days after Tasca Ford parts telling me I was not able to order the interior all-weather mats, I was following another thread on the forum about the availability of the battery packs and clicked on the parts.ford.com link. I noticed there was an Accessories link on the left-hand side of the page from there. I was able to order the mats from there and already got shipping confirmation. Better yet, $175 instead of $240. So much for them not being orderable. Now I know I'll have them before the car arrives.

Just note that this is only the floor mats and not the cargo mat for the rear, which is included in the $240 Interior Protection Package available when ordering a Mach-E.

I know that. The cargo mat can't be ordered on Ford Parts or the Ford Accessories site. I've tried. My dealer said that the Interior Protection Package didn't include the rear cargo mat, so of course, more mixed messaging, but I see in the configurator he was incorrect. I'll get it eventually. I'm more concerned about snow and salt on the carpet at delivery, so the front ones are critical.

I may just head to autozone and buy some cheap floormats that I’ll promptly throw away once weathertech mats become available.

They're cheaper because you bought them from a dead guy:

I tried awhile back to order cargo mat from Ford accessories to no avail. Only saw a red flag to contact dealer. Eventually the link disappeared altogether. I did go to the dealer in person. The parts guy looked at me as if I was quite insane. I insisted the part was listed, he said he would put it into the system. Incredibly, out of the blue, the parts guy rang me up last week and said the mat was in!!! Asked him to hold it until the car arrived.
