My Mach-e makes unpleasant sound every time when braking: https://photos.app.goo.gl/ZMQwjAxioGKoq6dm7
The sound comes from the rear of the car. It occurs in both normal mode and one-pedal mode.
Not sure if this is normal, and not sure if it's an isolated case. Anyone has the same issue?
Thanks for any help.

I'll have to check mines. I don't hear that from inside but I find that the car is jerky with break hold enabled. Also when I'm reversing and putting the car in to drive I get the jerkiness. I've never tried to listen to it from outside of the car.

Hello, Elliott ! Send us a private message with your VIN and the name and location of your local Ford dealer. I’d be happy to see what I can do to assist with this noise concern on your Mach-E. Thanks!

It has been noted that the friction brakes often don’t get used much if you select a lot of one pedal driving and thus can build up some grunge that causes noises and jerkiness is it wears off during initial friction breaking if the car has been sitting a while

mindset for two weeks in Oceanside California built up a nice layer. I took about three or four good stops with all friction to wear off

Jes sayin. that’s a possibility.

If coming to a nice easy gentle stop, then there might be some creaking through the brake and suspension components for that last tiny bit before coming to a complete stop. Like the last inch or two.

If that is what you are experiencing then you can try a more aggressive braking event once or twice (where safe to do so of course). Thst might scrub off any debris and bed the friction surfaces in a little better.
