@TRP sorry you are having issues. Keep us posted! Did you get screwed out of the $7500 tax credit too? Mine was also a dealer demo. I thought that since it was a demo it wasn't titled, therefore when I titled for the first time I could get the tax credit. I am not sure how the dealership can get the tax credit but I guess they did. Didn't get the Ford Pass points either. O well I am still happy I have it.
I did get the tax credit. In fact, I got 2 this year. Our son needed a car so he got a Leaf. We fronted him the $7500 and put my name on the title with him and I got that refund as well. So that worked out good for us.

Different states have different rules for titling a demo. I purchased from a dealer in Iowa and that was the first question I asked. Sorry you got screwed out of that.

Thanks for the heads up on the 12v battery, I call them in the morning and let em know about that. Can't hurt might help.

Good point about the repairs before titling.......I don't know how that works exactly either. Just bummed they didn't bother to tell me.
My untitled new Kia Sorento had the catalytic converter stolen at the dealer. Carfax had it reported on my history report.

To be fair, I haven't checked Carfax to see if these repairs were reported. I only found out because of the tech showing me the notes on his computer

Now just to add salt to the wound...................the software updates leading up to Blue Cruise started but failed last night. ?

I'm not even mad. It gives me something to look forward to after they fix the car

Ok, I got my car back this evening.

They replaced the HVB controller as well as the LVB. They did drop the HVB for this and it reset my stuff like charge location and a few other saved preferences. It did not erase my profile or mess up my PAAK. It's charging right now and looks like it's going to 100%. I'm sure it will fall back into it's schedule after this session.

I only drove it home, 40 miles or so, but it seems fine at this time
