What is 21G01 ??? ... a TSB??? or CSP???

I read about 21G01 to be something like CSP 21P22 for those who couldn't get OTA's ... blueCruise Ford co-Pilot360º Active 2.0 module prep kit 43C/50G to be done at dealer but it's not a recall? ... can anyone enlighten me on this??? I am thoroughly confused ... what is an upcoming Customer Satisfaction Program?

If a first half vehicle doesn't download OTA updates that gives them BlueCruise, the dealers will have the ability to provide it. Pretty clear in the letter.

That probably will be my case ... I got update 2.4.1 but nothing else so far ...

Neither has anyone else with a first half vehicle. I am at 2.3 and waiting for BlueCruise. Not a single post from anyone getting it yet except Early Access people. 23 days to go.

Definitely doesn't seem to be so. If you were stuck on 1.7, then maybe. But you're on 2.4.1... that means OTAs are working properly for your car.

Wow. 2 to 8 hours to install BlueCruise via FDRS?

The software is likely already imaged onto the individual subassemblies by their respective suppliers, so it doesn't take any time for the factory to put it onto the modules unless there is an update and they have to pull down-rev modules to re-image them. Back when I was in tech, we would just take the down-rev subassemblies and return them to our contract manufacturer for re-imaging unless there were very few of them. ??

Cool. I figured the modules were blank and all were loaded with the necessary software at the end of the line. Your way sounds more practical.

So, the J2 cars with functioning BlueCruise have it because the various modules were shipped with necessary software and the assembly line workers just had to plug all the connectors together and it worked!

Will take a substantial amount of additional effort to now go back and bring the J1 cars up to that same software level. Makes perfect sense now that you look at it that way. The people that are so upset that they don't yet have BC may not fully comprehend what is really involved. I wasn't one of those people that was bothered by lack of BC but I would put myself in the group of folks that didn't understand the complexity of adding it to my car.

I get it now.
Very interesting.

I think that is true for most of us. That was my last one as well.
Run runs great. No issues other than some random chimes that I can't really figure out yet. The car is singing to me. :)

J1 car here. No update since 1.7.1 failed.

My service director is ordering connector parts and will get me in as soon as they arrive.

How did you get 2.3.0? I'm stuck at 2.1.0 and it will not update any further. When was it pushed to your car?

I am now back in FL, while I was in NJ , the OTA's kept coming ... now I am in V.2.4.5. My last OTA was received in Northern NJ on 04/18/21 ... and all my OTA's were received without ever connected to any WiFI, I got them while I was on my road trip from FL to NJ, DE & PA, either parked at hotel parking or at my sister in law driveway.
