What's wrong with the ChargePoint app?

Three days ago, my iPhone ChargePoint app updated, and since then, it requires sign in each time I try to access it. When I try to access my Home Flex home charger, the message appears, “The ChargePoint network is unavailable, try again later.” The HomeFlex is working fine, charges the Mach E as usual, and shows a WiFi connection light.

I assume you’ve tried force-quitting the app and rebooting your phone?

My app says it cannot communicate with their server.

New ChargePoint has been working totally fine for me on iOS. Only needed to sign in once. Just checked and still working, no apparent server issues.

Contacted ChargePoint support ny phone, and they said the last update has caused them many problems, and the app software team is working on an update to cure the problems caused by the prior update. Got that?

I actually like the updated app. It finally allows me to limit the maximum current from 48A all the way down to 8A.

Ah yes . The old "bug fixes" update ....that introduces MORE bugs .
