Why the difference between Ford App and ChargePoint Home Flex Charger

Yesterday we completed a trip that started with a 100% charge on the battery and ended with 7% and 15 miles range.
Last fall we had a ChargePoint Home Flex charger installed in the garage for charging and with it came an app for the phone. At the conclusion of charging there is a 5kw difference in charge shown. 68.5kw on the ford app and 73.5kw on the charger app. Is this do to line loss?

Line loss should be about 7%. Yours is 6.81%, right on the money.

The ChargePoint app is reporting energy leaving the wall and the Ford app is reporting energy entering the battery after conversion losses.
