Why i bought the CarPlay AI Box

I have the mmb carplay with android 9.0.
While it functions perfectly, I found the screen size too small for me.
I’ll be returning it and just getting a tablet mount instead to use my older tablet in the car.
It also helps with avoiding storage of credentials on a potentially malicious device.

I bought the Carlinkit T-Box (https://carlinkitcarplay.com/produc...i-box-adapter-for-oem-wired-carplay-cars-1122), but the unit keeps going into a boot loop. I tried it on a standalone headunit that supports Android Auto and Carplay, and it works fine on that. Tech support has been useless; has anyone encountered issues with this box and the MME?

I think it works within the software/system of the Android MMB.

Yes, but depending on which model you have you may need to connect a Bluetooth receiver to be able to access the Bluetooth connection to your ODB reader.

But I myself have car scanner installed on mine and it works great.

Is it still working for everyone? Even with the latest software updates from Ford? Interested primarily in the Android 11 version of the MMB…
