Yea it’s stupid. Very rigid and for me not that easy to put up.

My longtime Ford salesman gifted me one of those hard-fold windshield screens for the F150.
While it's more cumbersome to deploy, man does it fit the F150 windshield perfectly. And it performs its intended mission fantastic. Really reflects the heat away and keeps the Texas Summer heat out of the cabin.

I use the UVS100 as well, though direct from the manufacturer and not the Mach-E branded version.

I think it's great! I feel like it does a better job blocking intense Phoenix rays than the thin, circular shades that I've used in the past.

I like that the UVS 100 holds itself in place (no need to flip down visors) and has an excellent snug fit. I don't like storing it... It takes a lot of space even while folded up, due to the height of the windshield.

This was truly a pain in the ass. It’s rigid and does not snap in easily.

I didn't get the Mach-E branded one, but the unbranded equivalent from Covercraft on Amazon.

There is some learning curve with putting it in. I've found that you have to get the bottom middle of the sunscreen in between the windshield and dash before getting the sides down makes it a lot easier to install. Definitely not worth the full asking price but it sure beats the flimsy generic ones from Amazon.

I’ll give it that a try. I mean it’s not rocket science, or is it?

That windshield screen ain't worth $109 to me. Any DIYer worth their salt should be able to modify a "universal fit" sunscreen to be just as good or better.

Walmart has a sunscreen for ten bucks. With the $100 left over, I can keep shopping and buy some "cool guy" stuff like black tee shirts, beef jerkey, ammunition, and moon pies.

Like I said, it was a gift.
But I'm willing to admit that $100+ is a bit stiff no matter how nice it does it's job.
Absolutely but some poor stuff will buy it!
