Well, 2,000 miles on my premium awd extended range now (had a lot of driving in our short term future due to life, so will probably be T 5k miles by mid April) and I have had my first "major" issue that isn't software. My windshield washers (both front and back) just stopped worked. I can hear the pump turn on but no fluid comes out and I don't see the tank level dropping, nor any puddling on the ground so I don't think it's a leak, but for some reason, no spray comes out the nozzles. Going to try and take it in tomorrow, but our of all the issues I could have had this early in, this is pretty minor. (hopefully)!

It's possible that water or wiper fluid that is not rated for cold weather got into the pump and froze if you live in a colder climate.

I have the same problem with my premium extended range.
I guess I will have to take it in to the shop and address this issue along with the two recalls.

I took “@PeggythePon.e” to Ford of Kendall in Miami, to address the two recalls and the windshield washers.
They fixed the recalls and are ordering a new motor for the washer.
I will keep you posted..
Thanks for asking.

My front washer stopped working also, didn't notice it until about a month ago. Rear is still working. Haven't taken time to get into dealer for repair. If a bad motor/pump I hope it is accessible without tearing apart too much of the front end. A few months ago I noticed a blue stain on the garage floor, so maybe that is when it broke. Didn't put it together until windshield and car was dirty enough that I wanted to use the windshield washer.

*UPDATE*
A new motor for the wiper washer was installed on Saturday 4/16, the front windshield washer now works, but the back washer still does not work!!!

Ford of Kendall is ordering a new motor, I have to wait 4 weeks for a new one.

Very frustrating.

I am not happy.

The hose leading to the actual emitters had come loose. Shop said hose was too short to begin with, replaced it with longer hose. Has been okay since repair.

This just happened to mine. All of the models have the same window washer equipment, so I don't know why people are quoting their model and battery size. Hoping it is not the motor, since I just ran out of warranty.

Mine stopped working in the spring, front and back. Took it in to the dealer, they said there was some sort of film clogging the outlet hose in the reservoir. They cleaned it out and said to try a different washer fluid. Looking at the jug of fluid when I got home, a film on the top of it. YUK!
