I've read that the Mach-E has it, but I've no idea how to get it to work. I have been in several rental vehicles over the last year, and gotten surprised by wireless AA on occasion. But none of my previous vehicles have had it, so I have never taken the time to learn anything about it before.

It would be nice to have as an option, though some reading tells me it's not the most reliable in current flavor?

Just got a 2024 Mach E, and have had my OnePlus11 for about a year now. Is there something I need to do to enable this?

I had a 21 premium and just picked up a 23 GTPE after the first was totalled. Wireless AA is very easy to setup. Actually with the new car, I got everything setup via Bluetooth, then connected via USB for AA to kick in. Then I believe it should connect wirelessly. You may have to go to the phone selection screen and select the AA icon for your desired phone.

Have a 2021 model combined with a Samsung A54 & wireless connection is about 50%. Tried many combinations of wifi off-on, Bluetooth off-on, & wireless app projection off-on but no luck. Using the wired connection seems like a good way to "reset". It's frustrating.

Samsung s22 with almost no difficulties... Every now and then (like less than 10% of the time) it can't connect and I'd have to plug in, but the rest of the time AA works great for me.

'21 Premium AWD with (now) Pixel 8A. I have had fewer problems with AA since going from 6A to 8A. I use PAAK and have had more issues with it connecting. The best advice I have found (from here) is:
Turn off Bluetooth
Open the Ford App
Select the "dead" Bluetooth icon from the vehicle screen.
It will see that Bluetooth is off and offer to turn it on. Accept the offer and PAAK will work.
Perhaps that will work for AA as well.

Turns out the wireless part was turned off on my phone. And I didn't remember you had to get to it through settings-Android Auto. I was looking for a separate app to find it, and I couldn't.
Appreciate the responses.

This is so funny since PAAK & the fordpass app have worked flawlessly for months since all the updates. Wireless AA not so much but definitely will try ur suggestion.

PAAK has been a lot better but not yet flawless. OTOH AA has been pretty solid since the last updates. Occasionally it will come up with a "Wireless connection failed..." and 10 seconds later, no action on my part, it will connect. Previously, the "Wireless connection failed..." would be the end of AA unless I cycled Bluetooth on the phone or (gasp) used a wire.

Unfortunately letting the ford pass app to turn on Bluetooth does not help with the AA connection. The "gasped" wire seems to be the only thing that gets it going...lol
It's funny that even when it doesn't work my phone says AA is connected but the car says otherwise. ?

It's a wonder planes don't routinely fall out of the sky. This stuff never works consistently.
