Wrong Personal Profile Activating

I set up separate profiles for my wife and me using the Key FOBs. However, every once in a while my Mach E GT will activate my wife’s profile even when using my key. Anyone else experience this and/or know why?

The profiles in the MME can be a bit finicky. When this happens, I just hit the number on the door to load the correct profile. Hopefully, this will get better as the software is updated.

What about his post suggests he’s the only one driving? He said he has a profile for himself and his wife.

well, unfortunately,
1) I’m not the only one driving. My wife also drives it.

2) regardless, it’s a flaw that Ford needs to be aware of and fix.

Memory seat. What you want to do is tie a fob to a profile. Then you tie a fob to the number on the door. Then by hitting the number on the door, he's saying it will change to your profile.
