XM Settings Bug

I couldn't find this answer on the forums. Has anyone been experiencing bugs in the sound system? Specifically my tone settings always reset and the number of station preset rows always rests to 3 instead of the 2 that I like.

I am having same issue and even took it back to dealer…nothing they can do! Did you find a fix?
