Hi all,
Anyone get this message on their FordPass. app? "Charge Paused at Home - Note: You can only resume charge at a charge station". Charging at home using stock 110 ford charger, target level is 85%, stopped charging at 81%.. Never had an issue before.

Did you ever get any replies? What did you do? I just got the same message, the app doesn't provide any more information as to what's wrong... or when it might resume...

Hi, I unplugged the car from the charger; unplugged the charger from the outlet : waited about 30 seconds and then plugged it back into the outlet . I guess the charger reset, I plugged the car back in and it worked. Happened twice, but hasn’t happened in a long time. Maybe there was a surge in power to the charger.

Do you have a smart charger and if so do you have a time set to charge through its app instead of the FP app?

I got this message when I had a charge time set in the app for my Emporia charger and didn't have a preferred charge time set through the FP app.

So for example I had the Emporia app set to charge my vehicle from 10PM to 6AM every night. I would get home from work at 5PM plug the vehicle in but it wouldn't start charging until later that night. The FP app would state the above message but once 10PM hit the vehicle would start charging like normal.

I use the Ford charger that came with the car and the Ford app

Thank you! Had the exact same message and car was "paused" charging at home. Unplugged the charger from the outlet, waited 30 seconds and plugged back in. Worked.
