Anyone who placed an order in the last month have an idea as far as their delivery date? My in-laws decided to order since nothing is available in their Florida area yet.

Don't forget that Ford offers price protection when you place a Custom order. You have your choice of what incentives and terms are available when you take delivery, Or what was offered when your order was placed. The Lease incentives, money factor, and residual value was much better in February plus the Power Promise was $1K. Don't let your dealer pull a fast one on you.Exciting update! Ordered car in Feb - should be picking up from dealer on Friday (yay!). Eruption Green Premium AWD. Working with dealer now to understand pricing/discounts and lease options so might post soon for advice!
Note that until a week ago the website was saying November delivery and I haven’t had a single update from my dealer - unless I chase them. Pretty terrible service both from Ford and the dealership in terms of communication. I’m so grateful to this community for making me understand it wasn’t just me![]()
Not all promotions/ incentives can be price protected. Usually the devil is in the details, read the fine print. Same with lease/finance rates. FWIW, all of Ford's current finance and lease rates are good through September 2nd to cover Labor Day, but it is likely they will be extended.Don't forget that Ford offers price protection when you place a Custom order. On our Custom order the MSRP base price plus options and transportation was listed and they had me sign that and then text them a copy of the signed paper. They actually sold it to me for $2500 off MSRP. No deposit was required. I got the Full $7500 Lease incentive that was offered on the GT in March when we placed the order, plus the money factor interest rate was .54%, 47% residual value on a 36/7500 lease plus $1,000 for the power promise incentive. The incentives in June when we took delivery were nowhere near that good. Not all promotions/ incentives can be price protected. Usually the devil is in the details, read the fine print. It is also Ford's policy that any price protected amount is agreed upon at the time of order, where the dealership is supposed to quote the price and the customer agrees and pays a deposit. Then on the day of delivery, if pricing is more favorable to the customer with current incentives, they can go that route.
That's great. You have a dealership that worked well for you. I'm just pointing out that they are not obligated to do so and not all promotions or incentives are price protected per Ford's policy. Likewise, the deposit is an official component of Ford policy. Not all dealerships adhere to that. This is refreshing to see an August date show up on the schedule.Got my VIN and scheduled in October for the Premium... but, trying to get my dealer to get a GT from another dealer (who probably won't give it up but we're trying). LOL
