weird. I'm too lazy too look it up - is your car built yet? maybe that's somehow related? ?‍♀
Thanks but dont bother looking it up - not worth your time or my time. My car is built and in transit but the behavior has been the same for a couple of months now.

I am going to delete the car and add again via the app as discussed in other threads when the vehicle is ready for delivery and hope that solves the issues.

hmm. I did delete and re-add mine at one point because I didn't know you could rename it. so that could be it?

@JellyBelly the way it seems that the app intends for you to get to this page is via this url:
ford.com/connectedservices

From there you can see your vehicles and a link to each's dashboard, health, etc.

From there you can see your vehicles and a link to each's dashboard, health, etc.
I can see the vehicle alright. And it’s not about the app. Just the Ford webpage on a computer was my question. Your suggestion takes me to the same page I could access before but don’t see dashboard link which it appears is the original reason Why I am unable to see the page that looks the second image I posted above. I am thinking now that it’s because the link think it’s an Edge? Two more weeks and hope it’s sorted when the vehicle is active.

Ok, I'm confused. You don't see this dashboard link when you go to the URL in my post? (Which, sorry, I corrected - my phone added a space between "connected" and "services" in the url)

Also, I did try this in desktop earlier (chrome 88+), and now on mobile. The link, and the dashboard, work for me on both devices.

Ok. Yeah. It sounds like some sort of bug, because I have two cars on there. The one which isn't a Mach-E (it's a 2012 Mustang GT) has no dashboard link or connected services link.
Yes, sounds like it's recognizing it as a "Ford Edge" for some reason.
And you did try re-adding the car?

Yes I think if it works for your account it works on laptop or mobile. If if does not work in your account then it does not.

Yeah deleted and added a few times. I think it’s because it thinks it’s an edge.
