Got the spacers (+ another 3mm in the rear) mounted yesterday, and perfect coincidence afterwards: Got a coffee and was parking right next to another Mach-E, which perfectly shows how 'lost' the rear wheels in the arch (stock)

My 20x9 Klassen ID F53R wheels I bought from getyourwheels came in last week. I was able to get a Saturday appt at discount tire. Very happy with the wheels. Kinda ponder how the carbon flash would look, but went with their dark graphite finish which looks pretty good. Got the wife's approval lol. I weighed the wheels & the used take off Continental tires I had discount install.

The wheels weighed 24.5 lbs on the bathroom scale & 24.9 lbs with the luggage scale. So pretty light for hybrid forged. Better than the 28 lbs I was told to expect. See how the energy efficiency goes compared to stock (hopefully not too bad). The tires are Continental Cross Contact LX Sport in 255/45/20. The tires weighed in at 28.6 lbs on luggage scale. The stock tire weighed 25.6 lbs (in photo) & 26 lbs on bathroom scale. Stock GTP rim weighed 32.1 (in photo) & 32.3 on bathroom scale.

Are you stock height. And what offset are your wheels? I love your setup!

Stock height. They are +35 offset 20x9 wheels. I like these wheels a lot.

I also have VS Forged wheel that are fully forged that I think i may let go, and just keep the Klassen’s. I ended up using the Klassen’s as my winter wheels for a good part of last winter & now this winter as of last week when photo taken. Just used the VS Forged wheels for summer.

New rims and tires for the ‘23 GTPE:

Square 20x9 ET40 w/ 265-45-20 DWS06+
Rims are Stance SF10 Brushed Dual Bronze.

Thanks, Markboris, for your time on this!
Support your local sponsor. Tom at Vibe is really great to deal with. Vibe did everything they said they would do when they said they would do it. I am super happy with their product and service.

Impressions: I just removed the summer OE Pirellis. They were shot. I wanted to smoothen the ride, and the taller sidewalls and all season Continentals do just that. It is still a truck like ride, but not as crisp/sharp on road imperfections.

Anyone on the fence on 265-45-20? It works very well.

Nice! I have a set of 20x9 ET40 square wheels that just arrived, won’t mount them until spring. I’m more than likely going to go with 275/40/20 tires as I’d LOVE to go with 265/45 tires but in that size are they are way more expensive.

If you want a really good 265/45R20 all-season tire that has a three peak snow rating and not too expensive (about $272 each) I would get the Vredestein QuaTrac Pro +. Brian tuminatr (tire expert) can vouch how good these tires are.

I considered these but yesterday I just got a set of Vredestein Wintrac Pro+ mounted on my factory wheels. I figured it would make more sense to get a more rounded performance three season tire instead of an all season snow rated touring tire since I now have dedicated winter wheels/tires.

Didn't know you were going with dedicated summer/winter tires. That is what I do and I also got the WinTrac Pro+ but waiting for my wheels (next month) to install them. You will have to let me know how you like them as I don't personally know anyone that has used them. I'm excited to take them out in the snow.

We’ve had quite a bit of snow early this season already. I can say so far these tires have been outstanding. My Mach E has been a tank in the snow and the handling in the dry is every bit as good as the stock Continentals they replaced when new. This is my first set of Vreds and I’m thoroughly impressed. As I stated I don’t need all seasons since I have these winter tires but now I’m really considering getting the QuaTrac Pro+ to run for the other three seasons.

I'm happy to hear you really like the WinTrac Pro+'s. Can't wait for my wheels to come in next month so I can get them mounted up. Think I'm going to get the Ultrac Pro's for summer and go full Vredestein. It will be the first time I won't be running Michelin for any season. I'll see how it goes. 😊

I'll get some better pictures once the weather improves and the salt disappears.
2023 GT
Stance SF10 in Brushed Dual Bronze
20x9, ET40 all around
Pirelli Scorpion AS Plus 3, 265/45/20

It does sit slightly higher, 1/2"?, and seems to ride a little better. Looks a 1000 times better than the stock flower wheels.

Agree with you Mike! I go to AZ often and have met up with Erik several times and always comment on how cool his wheels look. Their design and especially the color really look good with the white body plus the black out on the rear liftgate sets it off too. 😊

I think yours is the only one I have seen so far that I like better.

Great job Erik!
