Absolutely no charge at all and the car was in the dealer for two days where they also fixed the recall issue with the door.
I understand that the charging problem is a software problem, i.e. a known problem that occurrs in certain configurations and has to be upgraded with a corrected version of the software code and I think that must be covered by FORD who have been excellent, even contacting me through the forum to assist with the dealer if necessary.
When you get some time, we would be interested if the dealership could share with you which software modules were updated during the most recent visit. If we could tell our Service Center precisely what was updated on your car, that might help them immensely.
