Dealer Lost Vehicle Visibility of Mach_E's

I just stopped into my dealer to see where my Mach-E is currently located. He checked "vehicle visibility" and all of their Mach-E's were gone from the screen. He could see their other cars. Anybody else heard of this problem? On the positive note, their first Mach-E was delivered while I was there. I hope it's their FCTP car so I can check it out after they clean it up.

Possibly just a momentary glitch with tracking, but only on MMEs? Yea, not sure that's a good sign. Mine has been in KC for over a month now, but expected delivery is still on for end of this month (car was built on 12/10.) If there is a new stop ship I think it would say that.

I called mine yesterday just to be annoying and they were able to read me what was on the vehicle visibly report.... which offered absolutely no new information. He then spit out newspaper headlines from the last few weeks as some sort of explanation for delays. COVID, cold weather, Gamestop stock, earthquake in Japan, Harry and Megan getting pregnant.... We ended the call with an awkward "I guess I'll just continue to be patient" passive aggressive comment from the protagonist.

Doesn't definitively answer your question but he didn't indicate he couldn't see anything. For all I know the guy was fake typing into his computer while I fumbled through the VIN.

Nope. It was working this morning has been every day since Jan 25.

I'm going to reach out to my dealer today and see if they have heard anything. ETA End Date is today but there has been no update since it left the plant. Maybe it is driving itself here

Just for the record and the corporate overlords watching this thread and curating my access to our IT systems, I'm officially NOT accepting payment for tracking VINs! I'm also not passing on proprietary information, secrets, observing GIS classifications, etc.

If something special happens, such as the OP's dealer claiming that something was removed from vehicle visibility, I can take a look. Otherwise, there are simply too many of you all, and I'm spending most of my time trying to figure out why my car is taking so long!
