I looked up your phone. You have Bluetooth 4.1 (so not up to spec). But also your phone was launched in June 2015 ... so it's nearly 6 years old. To use Phone-as-a-Key you're going to need a newer phone.I have a Samsung Galaxy J7 V
Android version 9
I'm not sure how to check the version of Bluetooth, but all the 'regular' phone bluetooth features connect just fine.... Never have been able to get PaaK to work, my phone is never recognized as a Key, so I never get a 6 digit Backup Startcode, so I have no spare key or way to start the car if I lose the Fob.... ;(
I did order a spare from CarAndTrucks , and will find a dealer to program it, but I am pissed off that I have to go to all this time and expense to obtain a spare key.
