2 weeks ago, my HomeFlex was installed. The next day, my MME FE came home. I plugged it in, and everything worked. Last weekend, guys came to patch & paint the wall that the electrician had to cut into, and per Chargepoint's instructions, I turned off the breaker before unplugging the HomeFlex to to remove it. I put it back up, plugged it in, and per the ChargePoint app, everything is great. I plugged my MME in today for the first time. The HomeFlex flashing blue (and its app) indicate I'm charging, but on multiple tries, the MME charge lights give me a solid 20% blue light for about a minute, then white, then off. The FordPass charging info indicates I charged for a minute, then charging stopped. I tried unplugging & starting over; I even "rebooted" the HomeFlex; I even deleted the HomeFlex from the FordPass. It won't even reappear now.
Any ideas on what to try next? Thanks!

Plug the charger that came with your car into the 14-50 outlet and see if that one works

I wanted to wait until I confirm for myself that the HomeFlex is working right. I was going to try the mobile charger next. I don't want to start out with 2 variables here.

But it worked perfectly on day 1.
There have been a couple of mentions in that thread of it initially working then not later down the road in that loooong thread.

yeah I read pp 30-32 of that thread. So I called my dealer's service dept. They said they're already aware of the issue, and will call me when they find out what to do about it. Meanwhile, guess I'll go have my first experience with a public charger.

I haven’t configured mine yet but the manual says you have to set the maximum output based on the type of connection. Might you have lost that configuration when it was disconnected?

Speaking from no experience just what I read.

Sounds like you’ve caught the Illinois bug. It’s a head scratcher for sure.

I think I responded to you in the other forum for these charging issues. Use that forum for tracking this issue. Where did you buy your MME?
