I have unusual questions that don't necessarily fit into a PM, but you don't have to answer if you don't want to.

1. Can FMC apply any pressure on the die cast model car companies to print a Mach E die cast toy? Something like a Maisto 1/24 scale replica? I'd love to have a little Cyber Orange GT to match my car (when I get it)

2. Where are the Mach E accessories? Swag. Shirts, etc. There are a few that others have started doing aftermarket, but where's the Ford apparel?

3. Will Ford be doing anything special for the GT reservation holders like they did with the First Edition people? Those 3D printed fractal ponies were a very nice touch.

Can you explain how you determine which orders are moved to production? It doesn’t appear that the Mach E’s are being built in the order they were placed. There is speculation on this group that it has something to do with the volume of sales that our dealer has. Others speculate that the production order is dependent on specs of the order. We all want a fair process. The Ford App doesn’t provide enough feedback on the progress which adds to the frustration. People who ordered after me have production dates while people who ordered before me do not. Please help us understand your process.

Yes, my Mustang was order on Dec 31, 2020 and schedule production run is the week of May 23. I am taking bets to see if that changes or not.

I need your help. On 12/29/2020 I made a reservation for a GT - reservation number 10601145 . I have tried dozens of times to convert this to an order, but get an error. I've tried this on multiple computers, tablets and an iPhone. No joy.

So, on 4/29/2021 I put in a brand new order - number 10786433. If you really want to help, tie that order back to my reservation so that I get the place in line that I paid for almost 6 months ago.

I have tried to fix this with the dealer and they do nothing but tell me that Ford is the problem. You might want to have a chat with Phil Long Ford. They are not your friend.

Welcome!! Placed my order Sept 30,2020 (Premium, standard range, AWD) and am closing in on my build week. May 30, 2021. Excited to follow it through to delivery. As many have said time between order and build week make no sense to us. Most that placed orders after me have already gotten delivery or build date have already passed. Still excited for delivery! I second any information that can be provided for how to provide feedback on bugs and issues. So we can help assist with the improvement process. I'd love to see more logging exposed through the touchscreen, so we can be made aware of issues with our vehicles and screens showing what the current versions of any software components are, so if we are having issues we can tell if something needs updates.
