Here’s a “cool” feature - fan speed adjusts for phone calls!

So I just noticed this funny little feature today. Had my AC cranked up pretty high and I received a phone call. Thru Apple CarPlay though I’m not sure that matters. The fan speed automatically reduces so as not to interfere with the call!

It does the same thing when using the native hands free calling feature as well.

Ford has had this feature in select cars starting in 2016 and in most of their cars and trucks by 2019.

Same happens with the radio, perhaps the fan noise is also coming from the speakers ?

Turn down that fan speed! No need to freeze.

I did some research and found out why you're receiving fewer calls, Marcel.

That is some serious detective work, I'm impressed. And that date, now all falls in place....
