Me too. I guess I'll just have to sit in the corner with the other losers and watch the pretty people dance

There's "Driving down a fun road with lots of curves" and "driving an endlessly straight and boring highway". BC is for the latter.
You can have mine. No Bluecruise roads here.

Just logged into my Early Access account after signing up for EAP on Tuesday and saw I was eligible to sign up for the BlueCruise EAP. Never received any email saying I was. Everyone that signed up for EAP recently should check their EAP account page.

Likewise. Now I’m in and anxiously waiting for the next step.

Oahu has some. I didn't notice any other islands. The road has to be a true limited access highway (on-ramps / off-ramps ... no intersections).
Oahu has the H-1, the H-2, and the H-3. Those area all interstate highways. None of the other islands have anything other than “surface” streets. Although some of those rival freeways.

The way EAP has been explained to me by Ford, and the way we’ve seen it operate so far (Intelligent Charging), it is a beta testing program. Not early access to concert tickets.
Really? I have not seen anything from Ford to suggest that it was beta.

I’m honestly not sure. I mean, glass is fairly heavy, but the metal roof is also gonna come with a headliner, which is going to add to its total weight. If I had to guess, the glass is still going to be heavier, but I’m not sure the difference will be very large.

Anyone else a little apprehensive about the same software that can't get Paak to work reliably, driving you & your family down the highway at 65 mph? ?
The BlueCruise software is from Mobileye, so you don't have to worry.

Can anyone explain to me what the difference is between blue cruise and the adaptive cruise control? The adaptive cruise controls keeps you in the lanes with lane centering as well. I just can't figure out what you get that much different for 600 bucks?

Adaptive cruise control with lane centering=keep you hands on the steering wheel at all time!

Blue Cruise=Look ma, no hands

What does Blue Cruise give you that we don't already have besides the ability to take your hands off the wheel? Then were do you put your hands? Is it worth paying subscription every three years just to put your hands in your lap with the knowledge you are expected to spring into action if necessary? I am thinking maybe I will just keep using hands on the wheel and skip the subscription. It will give me something to do to make the trip more enjoyable.
