I’m tracking all the issues I’m finding in the different forums/Twitter in Trello but the admin won’t me let share the link to it here. I’ve reached out to Ford here and through Ford Service Canada and shared the list with them. I’m awaiting their feedback, hopefully that will get to FordPass software engineering group!

Picked up my MME yesterday… can’t even activate vehicle ??

I'm assuming you've tried again since yesterday, but there was an AWS outage yesterday afternoon to evening that affected a ton of internet services and could have been the initial culprit. If it's still going on today(9/1) then something else is obviously wrong. Hope you are able to get it activated soon though.

I’m personally operating in the best interest of all the Mach-E owners independently of the forum allegiances. There might be fear of losing traffic/ad revenu by diverting some people to another location but a forum is not always the best mechanism to track things. It’s a good place to have topic based discussions though.

That conversation has started and they opened a case for that. Still waiting on next steps. Same thing happened with Ford Service Canada. On that side, they asked me whether I brought my car to the dealer and what was their response following that.

The point is there shouldn’t be harm in providing a way for people to track the status of the issues/ideas for improvements and provide additional information when that makes sense. It’s really to help every owner and Ford.

Well I guess Ford has gotten sick of all the bitching about making FordPass to work.
I loaded 29.1 now for the first I have to carry the fob. I can get my iPhone to lock and unlock the car but I cannot get it to turn on.

Also, what is the deal you have to have the particular Iphone to delete it from being used. Hasn’t Ford heard of loosing or destroying an iPhone.
Please help with what I can do to remove an old iPhone.

Great..... here in the Netherlands still 3.27.0 for IOS.
Still the problem of the time zone...always detroit instead of Amsterdam after 2 months still no fix of the bug..frustrating!

Do you have an iPhone Mini? Mine (a mini) does that too but everyone else’s regular size phones look fine.

Do you have a screenshot of that problem? Don’t think I’ve come across that one personally.
